Jo Franco

Joanna “Jo” Franco has worked in commercial real estate for 17 years. She is an Assistant Vice President at Ready Capital, a non-bank real estate and small business lender that has provided more than $50 billion in capital nationwide, and has managed a portfolio of real estate assets valued above $700 million. Jo received her BA in Sociology at UC Santa Barbara.

As part of working in the real estate industry, Jo has worked hard support to women in commercial real estate. She lives in Los Angeles, CA and enjoys spending time with her college-aged children and staying active in any and all outdoor activities.
